Home Académy Module 3 — Two-tap entry
Module 03 · Foundations · 7 min

Fifteen seconds that change everything.

A budget never dies of a bad calculation — it dies of abandoned entries. So Ozorys pared the gesture to the bone: two taps, fifteen seconds, and the Learning does the rest.

The golden button, and nothing else

At the centre of the bar, a “+” in a golden case. One tap opens it, a second confirms: payee, amount, category — the form asks only for the essentials, the rest can wait. Real or planned, the operation joins the Ledger, and your money left to live breathes to the rhythm of the truth.

Fifteen seconds at the till: that is the price of reliability. Module 1 told you — the RAV is only worth what your entries are worth. This module gives you the method so that price becomes a reflex, then a pleasure.

Key takeaway

The golden rule: enter at the moment of spending — not in the evening, not on Sunday. Memory embellishes; the immediate gesture tells the truth.

The golden gesture

The golden “+”, always within thumb's reach: the doorway of every entry.

Real or planned: two tempos, one same gesture

An entry can be real — the coffee from a minute ago — or planned: next week's gift, the expected bill. The two live side by side: the planned reserves its place in the month, the real confirms it. Your “Income” and “Expenses” cards show both columns, and the gap between them becomes your best teacher.

It is also what keeps the projections honest: the anticipated month you discovered in module 1 rests on these forecasts. The better you plan, the further you see.

The Learning: the app that remembers for you

From your very first entries, Ozorys learns your habits in silence — on your device, nowhere else. The same payee returns? Amount and category pre-fill. The Saturday bakery becomes a tap and a half; the monthly subscription, almost nothing.

And if a habit changes, you take back the wheel: every learned habit can be edited with the pencil — payee, amount, category — or forgotten in one gesture. The Learning serves your memory; it never replaces it.

The right reflex

The first eight days do everything: enter every expense, even €1. Past that point, the Learning has taken over — and the gesture becomes shorter than putting your card away.

The Learning, live — demonstration

Replay the scene: third visit to the bakery. Three letters are enough — watch what the application offers all by itself.

Ready when you are.

The dashboard answers you

Every entry feeds the daily gauge: so much spent of so much allocated, the usage moving, and the Coach commenting without ever judging — “You're on track. Keep it up.” Pace exceeded? “No worries, adjust tomorrow.” The budget stops being a judge: it is a co-pilot.

This is the virtuous circle of Ozorys: a short gesture → a true number → a fair word → the desire to do it again tomorrow. Module 6 will add the final seal: the “Verified” stamp against your bank statement.

Let's make sure it stuck

Six questions, instant correction. Your answers never leave this page — of course.

1. The ideal entry happens…

Memory always embellishes reality. Fifteen seconds at the till beat an hour of reconstruction — and give a RAV that tells the truth.

2. A “planned” expense…

Planned and real live side by side: the planned commits the place, the real confirms it. That is what keeps the anticipated month honest.

3. The Ozorys Learning keeps your habits…

Like everything else: the Learning works locally. Your habits never leave your vault.

4. When a known payee returns, the Learning pre-fills…

Payee recognised → amount and category offered. The Saturday bakery becomes a tap and a half.

5. A learned habit that has become wrong…

You keep the wheel: payee, amount and category can be edited, and “Forget” erases the habit.

6. After an entry, the daily gauge shows…

So much spent of so much allocated, the usage, and the Coach's comment — course held or adjustment for tomorrow, never a judgment.

Today's challenge

Today, enter everything — even the €1 chewing-gum. Tonight, open the dashboard: the daily gauge tells your day to the cent. Tomorrow, do it again: by day eight, the Learning will be working for you.
